GENERIC REFERENCE   TP

Made in 100% cotton fabric, cut on the cross, manufactured especially for polishing and brightening. Several types of cotton fabrics, depending on the work to be done. With flannel fabric we obtain spectacular bright finishes.

Self-ventilated and centred, they need virtually no turning on the polishing machine. Medium-high performance and good flexibility, manufactured with irregular folds. Of universal use in the polishing and brightening of all types of materials: metals, alloys, wood, marble, polyester or plastics.

Standard manufactured in 16 fabrics, optional: 12, 20 or 24 fabrics. 4 types of gatherings: 0 - brightening work in general, 2 - basic gathering, 4 and 6 increase the disc’s density, allowing for more intense polishing work.
With impregnations and stiffeners we increase the hardness and retention of abrasive paste, allowing us to do more aggressive work.

GENERIC REFERENCE  TPZ

This model adds to the qualities of ventilated cotton discs (TP) a better flexibility and ventilation thanks to its regular folds, giving a magnificent performance in work and a good retention of paste. Thanks to its configuration, it may be used as a contact wheel, sewing it, allowing for different hardnesses depending on the number of sewings to be done.

With flannel fabric, it gives a spectacular lustre in smooth pieces or those with slight outlines.

Impregnations: T1 and T4

GENERIC REFERENCE  ONDAT

Cotton disc with regular waves: great work capacity and hardness at high work pressures. For polishing pots and pans, or stainless steel tubes, in automatic machines. With finished or impregnated fabrics it allows to increase the work pressure

GENERIC REFERENCE  R and F

Manufactured in sewn or stapled cotton fabric sheets.

Used in manual machines or portable machines.

In large diameters, they are used in automatic machines to finish sets of taps or knife handles and, in general, in submerged polishing.

Depending on the work to be done, we will use one quality of cotton or the other. We will use flannel fabric to brighten, generic reference F.

With more or less sewings we will increase its hardness.

Impregnations: Not applied.

External measurements: from 60 to 960 mm

Internal measurements: depending on needs

Sewings: depending on needs (minimum separation between sewings: 5 mm)

Thickness: usually 30/40 sheets (maximum 55 sheets depending on the type of fabric). In flannel, 20 sheets.

GENERIC REFERENCE  TPM

Small diameter ventilated cotton disc with hexagonal centre staple. Characteristics similar to those of the TP family.

In automatic machines, installed in series, it is used in the polishing-brightening of cutlery. In portable manual machines, individually or in groups, it is used in brightening in general, for example of welding zones in metallic or stainless steel furniture, jewellery, dental laboratories, watchmaking or do-it-yourself.

External measurements: from 70 to 200 mm

Internal measurements: 19, 24, 32 mm with an hexagonal centre.

Accessories: To assemble it in a radial drilling machine or drilling press.

GENERIC REFERENCE  SKT

Brush made in ventilated cotton mounted on a plastic core with an hexagonal or round centre, with use characteristics similar to models TP or TPM.

Manufactured in several widths. Straight or profiled finish.

It is used in automatic cutlery brightening machines or in portable manual stainless steel brightening machines.
