These models combine the 100% cotton fabric with the sisal fabric in its several qualities. They polish and brighten in the same operation.
Basic use in the polishing of any material, in manual or automatic machines, especially in sinks, household items, cutlery or the polishing of stainless steel surfaces.

GENERIC REFERENCE ONDAS
The same composition as the TFS model, 4 layers of cloth/sisal/cloth sewn every 10 mm (optionally, every 5 mm)
Its configuration in regular waves allows for overlapping between discs, which gives the polishing a great regularity.
Great resistance to wear and great starting power, allows for high work pressures, ideal for hard work on stainless steel material, such as with household items, stainless steel tubes; or on zamak, such as with knobs, plaques, handles, doorknobs, etc.

GENERIC REFERENCE STP and STPC
Sisal and cotton pleated discs. High performance with a great cutting capacity and long life.
Suited to prepolishing operations on steel pieces with light outlines in automatic installations, since they guarantee a great hardness with good ventilation. The STP model gives great flexibility. The STPC model is sewn compact, which gives it great strength and a long life. Thanks to its great strength, this model allows carrying out very aggressive operations in precise areas, such as the rims of pressure cookers.
It is recommended to use it impregnated for a longer life and greater aggressiveness.

GENERIC REFERENCE LAM, LAMM
Manufactured in sisal rope (9 ropes), configured radially, lined with 100% cotton fabric, it gives a semi-bright finish that is more uniform than that of the SCORD model and allows a better reception of the polishing paste thanks to the presence of cotton.
With an application similar to that of the traditional rope disc, it is used both in manual and automatic machines.
To prevent the fibre from breaking, it is recommended to use it with a strong or weak impregnation depending on the work to be done.

GENERIC REFERENCE SCC
Disc in sisal fabric alternating with cotton fabric, both cut on the cross, with concentric sewings that give it a great hardness and resistance to wear, preserving its density and properties until its termination.
The interspersed cotton improves the supply of paste and gives a smoother finish.
It is used in works of prepolishing and polishing of flat iron or stainless steel surfaces, such as household items, cutlery or stainless steel tubes.
With impregnation, it increases its hardness and resistance, allowing for a better supply of polishing paste, eliminating many fine-grain felt grinding operations and providing a uniform finish.

GENERIC REFERENCE ST
Conventional sisal disc mixed with cloth and compacted by means of concentric sewings every 10 mm (optionally every 5 mm)
It is used in prepolishing and polishing works in manual and portable machines.
It is suited, for example, to cleaning weldings on stainless steel furniture, even though it has a wide variety of uses.
Impregnations: Usually it is not treated, but if it is necessary, consult us.
External measurements: from 65 to 960 mm
