Here, we present our range of products in abrasive fibre (non synthetic fibre and abrasive fabric colligated with resins)

Recommended for light works of (glazed) metal honing and decoration, as well as their cleaning and de-rusting, and also applicable on wood to improve the finish after the smoothing.

It is used dry, with abrasive or refrigerating pastes. Working speed of 10-15 m/s.

Two basic types of abrasives are made: Aluminium oxide (red/maroon colour) and silicon carbide (black/greyish colour) with different granulometries:

GENERIC REFERENCE  FA

Ventilated disc in abrasive fibre for glazed finishes on any metal. It can be used before or after the bath. Several decorative finishes, such as old leather, stainless steel graining, etc.

For manual fixed machines or portable and automatic machines.

Impregnations: Usually it is not treated

External measurements: from 60 to 500 mm

Internal measurements: 19, 24, 32 mm (hexagonal centre), 50, 60, 80, 130, 150, 180, 230 mm
Centre: Metallic clamp

The models with an hexagonal centre clamp are composed of 2 layers.
The models with metallic clamp are made with 4 layers, optionally they can be made with 2.

GENERIC REFERENCE  ONDAF

This model is an evolution of the FA model that increases the life and the hardness of the previous model; it can replace the compact model in sheets (FLAP) in those works that require uniformity on the surface but also a certain flexibility in the attack on the piece.

Impregnations: Usually it is not treated

External measurements: from 200 to 450 mm

Internal measurements: 80, 130, 180  mm

Centre: Metallic clamp.
