This model is made in shirting remnants of cotton or cotton/polyester. Suited to the polishing by immersion normally of brass or zamak such as taps, handles, ironwork, etc.

B - GENERIC REFERENCE:  4MH, 4MV

Disc manufactured in abrasive cloth (abrasive fabric) set radially.

Different abrasive grains and widths.  Disc-shaped (4MH) or with a rod (4MV)

They are supplied standard with a medium density, on order they can be manufactured in other densities and measurements.

C - GENERIC REFERENCE: 40BS; 40FS

Bands of abrasive fibre (abrasive agent distributed uniformly colligated to synthetic fibres). Reinforced by means of a support of nylon fibres that is resistant to tears due to mechanical pressure. For fine glazed and decorative finishes on metals, it accepts refrigeration with water. The 40FS model offers a greater flexibility, suited to its use in portable machines.

D  -  GENERIC REFERENCE:  50F

Disc made in wool felt, to which emery is applied gluing it with a special glue, able to carry out fine smoothing operations.
Three degrees of hardness are supplied depending on the density. Soft / Semi soft / Hard

Thicknesses: from 20 to 100 mm.

E  -  GENERIC REFERENCE:  30

These abrasive pastes are chemical compounds that, through the use of certain greases, allow for the incorporation of the abrasive on the disc. They can be solid or liquid, with different types of abrasives depending on the operation to be done.

Products for the cleaning of metals before their painting in immersion or aspersion.
Degreasing, phosphatisation and protection in just one operation, at room temperature, leaving the surface prepared with a quality equivalent to a 3-stage amorphous phosphatisation, with the difference that it leaves no residues.
